Step 1: Go to chatgpt.com.
Step 2: Click on your Profile Name in the bottom-left corner and select My GPTs.
Step 3: Click Create a GPT.
Step 4: Click the Configure tab at the top (don’t use the ‘Create’ chat tab).
Step 5: Give it a name and an icon.
Step 6: Paste your purchased blueprint into the Instructions box.
Step 7: Click Save/Publish in the top right.
